In the bedroom

We spent part of our Christmas holidays sprucing up the house, cleaning up the accumulated stuff in the crawl space and generally trying to finish up jobs started and then abandoned when life got in the way.

One room that's been bugging me for a couple of years, was our bedroom. I've been picking away at it slowly. I finally got my curtains ordered, delivered and installed (an ordeal that I won't bore you with). And, I finally found a duvet cover I liked. Then, in a fiscally responsible move (are you listening Colin??!), I went scrounging through my decorating stash and managed to unearth some long lost art in the crawl space- I knew that hanging on to pieces I loved, even though I didn't have a spot for them and someone was grumbling about space limitations, would be good in the long run!
