It's a happy day!

Today I received some wonderful news. My brother-in-law and sister-in-law are in receipt of a brand new healthy baby boy! I have a new nephew! J & A have been trying for years to have a baby and turned to adoption about 1.5 years ago. Yesterday at 2pm they got a call telling them that there was a baby for them and were they ready for him? So, by 8pm last night, they had him home. He was born early in the morning on August 7 and weighed 7lbs10oz, which is almost exactly what my son weighed. So, tonight I will scrounge through the mountain of baby boy clothes and paraphernalia currently being stored in our house, and tomorrow we'll deliver it and have our first visit. I'm so excited and teary and happy :) Who knew I was such a sap!
